Abstract
This paper presents a simplified IEEE-style template designed using HTML and Bootstrap. The goal is to demonstrate academic paper layouts with headings, spacing, borders, and readable paragraphs.

Introduction
Research papers are often written in a formal structure with clear headings, paragraphs, and sections. In this task, Bootstrap utilities and components are used to mimic an IEEE paper layout while keeping the design simple and readable.

Using standard sections, paragraphs, spacing, and responsive cards for readability.
Methodology
The document structure includes a title, author names, affiliation details, abstract, and section headings. Bootstrap containers, rows, cards, and typography utilities create a formal conference-paper appearance.
